ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours, Monday to Friday - excluding holidays.

 

ORDER PAYMENTS

Order payments are processed through PayPal website. When customers initiate the check out process they’ll have the option to pay with a debit or credit card – even if they don't have a PayPal account. Other additional payment methods available in PayPal Checkout: PayPal, Venmo, PayPal Credit*.

SHIPPING & HANDLING METHODS & RATES

Shipping and Handling rates are based on weight and preferred shipping method. Orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days for U.S. and Singapore. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Military APR / FPO destinations or U.S. territories may take up to 7 days. International orders may take from 7-10 business days to be delivered. Caltrode will not be held liable for lost or stolen packages or any import taxes that may be incurred on orders placed for international customers, shipping outside the Continental US. Orders with a change of address requested by the customer are subject to a change of address fee and additional shipping fees if applicable. Caltrode will attempt to reroute the package, but cannot guarantee address change completion. If a package is returned to Caltrode the customer will be responsible for a reshipment fee. .

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent via email which provides you with tracking information and a link to follow your package. Please contact us if you need additional assistance tracking your order. Additional shipping fees will be applied to orders that are undeliverable and are returned to sender for a second shipment. Order discrepancies must be reported to Caltrode within 48 hours of delivery.

Our customer service representatives are available to help you via phone and/or e-mail five days a week, Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM PST. The information you provide will be handled according to our privacy policy.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. Items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging. Open and/or used items are excluded and will not be accepted for return or exchange. Unfortunately there are no refunds on shipping costs unless an error was made on our end. Shipping charges will be applied toward exchanges. To return an item please contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization. Once you have received the later, you may send the item(s) back to our warehouse. A copy of the original invoice must be included in box for return. Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once return has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser or to the original form of payment.
